is the first Host we met. Her job is to greet the new residents. Sort of saint peter mixed with a social worker. There is probably a lot more going on before and after a resident arrives and Ellen is responsible for that preparation. Biographies have to be prepared and digested, psychological examinations, legal review etc. etc.
