Allyson is Ellen's direct boss. She is a hard working, corporate ladder climbing 'modern' business woman. She has known Ellen as a friend for 15 years and rose swiftly though the ranks in the IH. Very concerned with her charges she can be a 'mother hen'  to Ellen and Erik, but she also has a sharp side. Hopefully neither Erik nor Ellen will ever get in her way towards the top, as Allyson will walk over anyone who gets in her way. Allyson is rich or comes from a rich family. She is used to the best, so used to it that she hardly can tell when she is being pampered and takes somethings for granted that she should perhaps not. Unlike most of the cast her 'species' does not match well with any earthly one, she is a mammal but has lizard like skin and a frill rather than hair on the top of her head. The rest of her body is hairless and her skin has a texture that resembles scales.
